Allan is a thought leader in remuneration, is a published writer, and is co-author of the Remuneration and Reward Series. He has worked across many organisations and sectors that include resource and energy, construction and engineering and utilities. Previously, Allan was the founder and Managing Director of AUSREM, a boutique remuneration consulting practice that was acquired by Mercer, the Business Leader for Mercer’s Resources and Energy Practice for the Pacific Region, and State Manager for Hay Group Western Australia. Allan holds a Bachelor of Commerce.

Charmaine Reay


Charmaine has experience in remuneration consulting and salary survey management and development. Previously, Charmaine was the Principal Consultant at Mercer’s Resources and Energy Practice for Australia. Prior to Mercer Charmaine was a Director at AUSREM, a boutique remuneration consulting practice that was acquired by Mercer. Charmaine holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communication and Statistics)

Min Hong


Min is a skilled and experienced senior IT leader with a proven track record of over a decade in remuneration survey management systems, data analytics, and enterprise-level software design and development. Min possesses a deep understanding of software development, cloud technology, microservice infrastructure, machine learning, and process automation. Min previously served as Mercer Digital's Software Development Lead for Australia and the US (United States), where he successfully led an international team and delivered numerous IT projects, including global insurance policy management, job evaluation systems, and survey data collection. Prior to that, he held the position of Software Manager at AUSREM, a boutique remuneration consulting practice that was later acquired by Mercer. Min's expertise in software design and development, combined with his strong leadership skills and international project management experience.

Helen Mastrantonis


Helen is a People Advisory Director and Business Consultant with a 20-year track record of delivering high value leadership, insights and transformation projects that optimise results for organisations at varying phases of developmental maturity. She has significant experience with complex, billion-dollar international transactions spanning Australia, the USA, Europe, Latin America, Africa and A­­sia. Helen brings a distinct perspective on the role HR can play in business strategy formation and implementation, employee engagement, and culture development. She designs and manages systemic change projects that deliver meaningful, commercially successful change. Helen holds a Masters in Industrial & Organisational Psychology.

Jenny Bertucci


Jenny has experienced in remuneration consulting and salary survey management and development. Previously, Jenny was a senior consultant at Aon and has held specialist and leadership roles in Human Resource positions focussing on compensation management on a national and global basis in the Oil & Gas, Mining and Engineering & Construction sectors. Jenny is a seasoned compensation management professional and is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

Rachel Beckmand

Project Coordinator & Team Administrator

Rachel is an experienced Executive Assistant with a 20 year plus career in industries such as law enforcement, public healthcare, mining, luxury yachts, property investment and Not for Profit. Skilled in all aspects of Administration up to and including Board level, Office Management, Marketing & Sales, Functions & Events, complex Travel Coordination, Global Mobility Relocations and Market Research. Rachel joined the REMSMART team in early 2021.

Mihee is a highly skilled and experienced web/graphic designer with over 15 years of experience in the field. She is an expert in design thinking, user-centred design, problem-solving, and project management. Mihee's expertise lies in creating and implementing solutions that meet the needs of various businesses, and she has a deep understanding of the importance of clear and effective communication in ensuring project success. In addition to her design skills, Mihee is also an accomplished business analyst with a strong background in requirements gathering and data analysis. She is passionate about understanding complex business problems and finding innovative solutions to meet business goals. Mihee's ability to analyse data and identify key insights has been instrumental in driving successful design projects and business outcomes.

Sienna Park

JNR Business Analyst

Sienna, our dynamic junior business analyst, brings fresh insights and a passion for problem-solving to the team. With a Diploma in Information Technology (Web Development) from NIT technology college, Sienna continually explores new techniques and strategies to enhance her analytical skills and contribute to project success. Sienna's background in web development enables her to bridge the gap between technical and business aspects, ensuring innovative solutions to complex challenges. One of her primary responsibilities involves data extraction and in-depth analysis, anchoring our projects in robust insights. Additionally, she plays a vital role in assisting the team leader to achieve more perfect results.
